The Federal Ministry of Agriculture in collaboration with the Renewed Hope Initiative has provided agricultural inputs and support to over 300 women and youths in Niger State.
The event, held during the weekend at the Bako Kontagora Memorial Stadium in Minna was attended by Fatima Bago, the wife of Niger State Governor Umaru Bago, who represented First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.
She emphasised the essence of empowering women in agriculture, stating that it would ensure food security for the nation.
