The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, has announced the establishment of War Rooms to manage the implementation of the Federal Civil Service Strategy Plan 2021-2025 (FCSSIP-25).
Mrs. Walson-Jack made this announcement at the conclusion of a retreat with Federal Permanent Secretaries in Zuba, Niger State.
She stated that the War Rooms would focus on addressing each of the six pillars and crucial enablers of the reform plan, aiming to tackle the challenges associated with each pillar.
The War Rooms, led by Permanent Secretaries, will involve all key stakeholders to ensure swift and coordinated action.
Participants at the retreat recognized the need to centralize technology solutions to drive the implementation of Enterprise Content Management and Performance Management Systems (PMS) within the Public Service.
