The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has launched the use of communication gadgets for referees in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
The NFF launched the use of the gadgets at the weekend during the gamebetween Rangers and El-Kanemi Warriors which ended in a goalless draw at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.
The match was the only fixture that took place this weekend.
Other NPFL matchday one fixtures will be played next week.
Recall that NFF President, Ibrahim Gusau had promised to introduce the new technical equipment during the referees seminar which took place two months ago in Abuja.
