Nigeria has a new Head of Civil Service of the Federation – in the person of Esther Walson-Jack.
She was sworn-in on Monday before the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting in Abuja
During a valedictory session held in honour of the immediate past Head of Service, Folashade Yemi-Esan, President Tinubu tasked the public service to be dedicated to work, hailing the former Head for her commitment to work.
The President said her dedication to enhancing efficiency and transparency had set a high standard for public administration in Nigeria.
President Tinubu expressed his deep gratitude for her unwavering commitment and the significant impact she made while in office
On her part, the new Head of Service of the Federation, promised to build on existing reforms and bring innovations and creativity to the service.
