President Bola Tinubu is back in the country after attending President Cyril Ramaphosa’s inauguration for a second term in office…in South Africa

President Tinubu arrived Abuja on Thursday at about 5:30 PM

Recall that the President had left Abuja for Lagos prior to his departure from the country in the build up to the commemoration of Eid-el-Kabir.

Besides witnessing the inauguration ceremony of Ramaphosa, President Tinubu also held a closed-door meeting with the South African President during his visit to the country.

A statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, explained that during the closed-door meeting, both leaders identified similarities in the challenges being faced by African countries and agreed on the need to collaborate to tackle the challenges.
