The Federal University of Technology has rescheduled its 36th Matriculation Ceremony for the 2023/2024 Session.
The rescheduling was announced in a statement signed by the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Mr E U. Gbadafu and made available to Search FM News on Tuesday.
The statement which was issued on behalf of the University Registrar indicated that the matriculation which was earlier billed to hold on Thursday the 21st of March, would now take place on Monday, the 25th of March, 2024.
It noted that the time and venue for the event remain unchanged; urging all matriculating students to be seated at the Suleimanu Kumo Convocation Square by 10.30 AM
Matriculating students are expected to collect their academic gowns from the Secretaries of their respective Schools on Friday, the 22nd of March, 2024 and present receipt of online payment of their school fees for the session – before the collection of gowns.
They are also expected to return the academic gowns within 24 hours after the ceremony to avoid penalties
