F.U.TMinna pledges support for Staff Model School following triumphant feat at Mathematics Competition | Search Media

Students from F.U.T Minna Model Secondary School have finished in first and second positions at 2024 edition of STANDOUT MATHEMATICS COMPETITION for the senior secondary schools in Niger State.

The students who emerged 1st and 2nd at the event hosted by C.O.E Minna are Akinola Mercy and Marvelous Gimba who squared up against eachother in a keenly contested final

Both students from F.U.T Minna Model School, edged representatives from 90 other schools which participated in the competition from the screening stage.

For emerging overall best, Akinola Mercy received a fold-able Laptop, a medal and a certificate while
Marvelous Gimba received Textbooks, a Medal and certificate as the first runner-up.

The Chairman of the school board, Professor E. Raymond, alongside the school’s Principal, Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmadu Guja have since led the students on a courtesy visit to the Vice Chancellor of F.U.TMinna, Professor Farouk Adamu Kuta in the company of other staff of the Model School

The Vice Chancellor appreciated the School Management, teachers and the students for their efforts toward uplifting the school and promised to offer more support to the school
